This is a concert announcement poster designed by Katsumi Asaba for 'Ken-Kon', a collaboration between two musical artists, Eitetsu Hayashi and Yosuke Tamashita. This poster features unique typography, as the square shapes of the Japanese letterings are filled in. The rest of the typefaces appear to have splatter marks on them, expressing more abstractness. However, there seems to be a traditional theme to the typefaces as they are done with black ink. The two artists are also conjoined in the middle, resembling the typography. This could represent the unity of the two artists and the concert.
