Founded by Robert Ferdinand August Weintraud, Rowenta is a manufacturer of small home appliances. Rowenta gets its name from Robert’s first and last name combined. Rowenta still develops home products today, but sometime in the 80’s, Rowenta made a series of portable board games. This seems to be the only example of Rowenta stemming into game production as few examples exist online. The games sit at roughly 3x4 inches, and all text is in German.
These boxes function not only as a great example of a versatile product design system but also how good design affects people's lives for the better with fun little games!
