Carowinds Website logo

This is one of the older logos for the Carowinds amusement park. The overall logo lasted from 1993-2003. The Carowinds website was first published on December 27, 1996, and this was the logo used on it. The original website was found on the web archive. It was originally called Paramount Carowinds because most of the rides were themed off of the TV shows and movies from Paramount. They added the Paramount logo to emphasize the partnership. They kept with a serif typeface but with thinner serifs instead of the block type from the original logo. The pixelated logo is due to the website quality from 1996 since it was taken directly from it.
