Lost in the Stars playbill
This is a program for the Broadway production Lost in the Stars in 1972. This is a later design of the program as the show first came on stage in 1949. As an older show, this Playbill shows the timelessness of the brand and the theatrical relevance it has held over the years. This Playbill design is an example of the process of change over time. The Playbill header does not extend fully across the top of the page and contains a smaller box to the left of it which is not typical for the classic Playbill design. Although Lost in the Stars is a lesser known production, being associated with the Playbill gives it theatrical significance as it was one of the earlier productions representing the brand.
