Trivial Pursuit  (1984)

6

In 1979, magazine editors Chris Haney and Scott Abbott felt immensely frustrated after finding pieces of their Scrabble game missing. They felt it would be easier to create their own game and designed Trivial Pursuit with the help of John Haney, Ed Werner, and the Weymouth Library. This edition was made during the six year period in which it was licensed to Selchow and Righter after which it was bought by Parker Brothers. The Young Player’s Edition featured here would have a second edition reprint fixing a card numbering issue labeling card #368 incorrectly as card #388.
