Munetsugu Satomi is a Japanese graphic designer. Around 1922, he traveled to France and became the first Japanese to enroll in the main course at the École des Beaux-Arts. He gained international attention in 1928 with his poster for Golois cigarettes and later established his position as a graphic designer by developing works in the Art Deco style, including posters for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
