UNIQLO 1991-1998 Logo

This is the second logo created for the Uniqlo franchise. As seen on the logo, the company started to use the name “UNIQLO” after an accidental misspelling of the original company’s name “Unique Clothing” to “Uni-Qlo”. Mic Itaya designed the visuals for UNIQLO and its first logo during its founding. He intended the logo to be able to capture the essence of nature and human vitality. This second version of the logo kept Mic’s illustration and changed the background-color and wording.
