南京への道 (The Road to Nanjing)

The book The Road to Nanjing, was written by the Japanese author Katsuichi Honda. Honda was also a journalist, and he was famous for his work on reporting the atrocities committed by the Japanese soldiers during WW2. This book was published by Asahi Shinbun Sha, one of Japan's greatest newspapers publishers, and unveiled Japan's cruel acts of murder, torturing, and rape of the Chinese soldiers, women, and children. The book cover design shows a map of Nanjing in China, and the flags of Japan depict the Japanese occupation of regions in Nanjing.
