Small Steps by Louis Sachar

10

The book Small Steps by Louis Sachar was published in January of 2006. The book is based on a fictional story, about Theodore Johnson, trying to figure out life after being released from Camp Green Lake, a juvenile detention and correction center where boys would dig holes.

The cover art of the book was designed by Isabel Warren-Lynch, a designer and art director located in New York City/USA. Lynch began her journey as an art designer in 1980, and has worked at the publishing company Penguin Random House, and is a Project Manager at Mount Vernon Hotel Museum and Garden and Colonial Dames of America as of September 2023. The cover of the book Small Steps, there are holes cut out in the shape of foot prints, showing small bits of the art underneath.
