Affiches vol. 1, no. 1

This is the cover of the first issue of the design magazine Affiches, which was published in 1927.  Hisui Sugiura was in charge of the magazine and worked in conjunction with Shichininsha, who ran the magazine. The cover features split color schemes as well as different typefaces in different languages. In addition, it features a two-dimensional depiction of a woman.
