Bunnicula: A Rabbit Tale of Mystery

1

This book was written by Deborah and Hames Howe and published in 1979.

The cover and inside illustrations were created by Alan Daniel:

"Alan Daniel's art is notable for its fine draftsmanship, humour and versatility of style. He is the illustrator of numerous children's picture books and has been nominated, with his partner Lea Daniel, for both Mr. Christie and Governor General Awards. "

It seems like the main type is a distressed version of Impact, very popular in 70s design. It could have also been Anzeigen-Grotesk or Monster Movies.
