Zima Print Advertisement - 1999

20

Print advertisements for American alcoholic sparkling drink Zima in 1999, when it was being released in Japan. The ads' design and illustration work was done by Electric, a design team made up of Mitsuhiko Chigira and Takahiro Fujioka. The illustration work is ultra-stylized, drawing from the kawaii aesthetic while attempting to look futuristic at the same time; you can see tiny illustrations of lemons and limes, alongside spaceships and sparkles.
