Ramon Llull was a Spanish philosopher famously known for breaking down the intersection between religion and belief, with logic and fact, through different forms of data visualization.
This diagram shows the Tree of Knowledge and visualizes the journey one takes from the curiosity of a concept to the discovery of new knowledge. During his lifetime, Llull published over 200 written works during the middle ages and was known as one of the first Spanish philosophers to express their ideas through the vernacular language of Catalan .
