20th Years of Discovery: Hubble

This poster was made by NASA for the 20th University of the Hubble.

The Hubble Space Telescope is a space telescope that is still in use today. It was launched into low Earth orbit in 1990. It's among the most powerful and adaptable telescopes we have, and it is well-known for being an invaluable research instrument as well as an asset to astronomy's public relations efforts.

This poster's elements include Saturn, Planetary Nebula, V838 Mon Nebula, and the celestial eye galaxy

This particular poster was part of a Hubble team research activity targeted at middle schoolers ranging from 6th grade and 8th grade. The activity book learning goals were the following: 

• develop meaningful and relecant research and communicate findings
• communicate research findings in an effective and accurate way
• identify at least three key factors about the Hubble mission.
