Heroes Aren't Hard To Find was the first comic book show in the Charlotte Area. The owner of the store is Shelton Drum. He saw that the store was popular and made HeroesCon. HeroesCon is an event for comic book fans that happens once a year every summer in the city of Charlotte. The convention has become popular for the community as a whole. Drawing different age ranges and many families. The event is a place for fans to gather and have first hand encounters with their favorite comic book professionals and celebrities. Charlotte Mini-Con then followed a few months after, which was also a big hit.
Heroes Aren't Hard To Find is a famous comic book retailer and is very reputable in the country. They have many options of comic books from different eras, graphic novels, and manga. They are also very well known with carrying classic silver and golden era collector comic books. Other items include original art, toys, statues, and much more.
The store is located under the water tower in the historic neighborhood of Elizabeth, near uptown Charlotte.
