Roohee Mirbaha was born in 1938. In 1954, which is the year of establishment of Girls Fine Arts Academy in Tehran, she started studying there. After graduation she entered the College of Fine Arts and received her bachelor's and master's degrees in graphic design. In addition to graphic design and advertising, Mirbaha taught art  and published a design tutorial. She also made drawing of special flowers and plants from different regions of Iran for the botanical garden and painted then in watercolor. Mirbaha immigrated to America after the 1979 revolution and worked on illustrations for books and paintings.

روحی میربها ( ۱۳۱۶)  در سال ۱۳۳۲ که سال تاسیس هنرستان هنرهای زیبای دختران در تهران است شروع به  تحصیل در آنجا کرد. بعد از  فارغ التحصیل شدن از هنرستان وارد دانشکده ی هنرهای تزیینی شد و انجا در رشته ی گرافیک  لیسانس و فوق لیسانس خود را گرفت. میربها علاوه بر طراحی گرافیک  و تبلیغات تدریس هم می کرد و یک خودآموز طرا حی منتشر کرد. او همچنین برای باغ گیاه شناسی از گل و گیاه های خاص در مناطق مختلف ایران طراحی می کرد و با ابرنگ انها را ساخت و ساز می کرد. میربها بعد از انقلاب   ۱۳۵۷به امریکا مهاجرت کرد و مشغول تصویرسازی برای کتابها و نقاشی شد.
