This is a piece of original art that was likely photographed and stripped into a film layout that would then be developed on a printing plate. It was found at a thrift store and no further information is known.

The note in non-repro blue pencil says:
Shoot as one piece
Then strip in as bluelined on mechanical art

The c. 1980 date is a guess.
